Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
01Who we are
Trust Conveyancing is a property conveyancing business licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under commercial licence number 914911, with offices at Century 21 Building, Offices 604 and 605, 6th Floor, Abu Baker Al Siddique Street, Deira, Dubai.
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. If you have any question about how we handle your information, contact us at info@trustconveyancing.ae or on +971 4 339 3088.
02What this policy covers
This policy explains what we collect through trustconveyancing.ae, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do about it.
It does not cover information you give us outside the website, for example documents you hand over in our office or send by email during a live matter. That information is handled under our client engagement terms and the record-keeping duties placed on us by UAE law.
03Information you give us
Our enquiry form asks for the following. Name, email address and phone number are required; the rest is optional.
| Field | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Name | To address you correctly and open a file if you proceed. |
| Email address | To reply to your enquiry and send quotations or document requests. |
| Phone number and country code | To call or message you, and to know which country you are dialling from so we call at a sensible hour. |
| Service selected | To route your enquiry to the right person. |
| Message | To understand what you own and what you need done. |
Please do not send passport scans, title deeds, bank statements or other identity documents through the enquiry form. If we need them we will tell you how to send them securely.
04Information collected automatically
When you submit the enquiry form, we also record technical and behavioural information about that visit. We do this to understand which of our marketing actually produces enquiries, to follow up sensibly across time zones, and to identify automated spam.
Network and location
- Your IP address, and the approximate country, region, city and internet provider derived from it
- Your device time zone and UTC offset, and the country we infer from it
- Your browser language settings
This location data is approximate. It is derived from your network and browser settings, not from GPS, and we never ask your device for precise location.
Device and browser
- Device type, operating system, browser and their version numbers
- Screen and window size, pixel ratio, touch support, processor cores and device memory
- Connection type and estimated speed, dark-mode and reduced-motion preferences
- Your full browser user-agent string
How you reached us
- The page you landed on and the page you submitted from
- The website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_term,utm_content) - Advertising click identifiers where present, such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok or LinkedIn click IDs
- Both the source that first brought you to the site and the one that brought you back
How you used the page
- A random visitor identifier we generate, plus your visit count, first visit and previous visit dates
- Time spent on the page, how far you scrolled, and how long you took to fill the form
- Which service panels you opened and how many times you clicked a contact button
We do not fingerprint your device. We do not use canvas, audio or font probing, and we do not buy or enrich data about you from brokers. The visitor identifier described above is first-party and works only on this domain. Where an advertising tool is enabled and you have consented to it, that provider may recognise you across other sites using its own cookies — section 5 lists exactly which tools are running.
06Why we are allowed to use it
Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies, and where the UK or EU GDPR applies because you are contacting us from those regions, we rely on the following grounds.
| Purpose | Ground |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and quoting for work | Your consent, and the steps necessary to enter a contract with you |
| Measuring which marketing produces enquiries | Our legitimate interest in running the business efficiently |
| Blocking spam and abuse of the form | Our legitimate interest in keeping the service usable and secure |
| Keeping records of a matter we acted on | Compliance with UAE legal and anti-money-laundering obligations |
You are never obliged to submit the form. If you would rather not have the technical details above recorded, email or call us directly using the details on this page instead.
08International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our team accesses enquiries from there. The providers listed above may process data outside your country, including outside the UAE.
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies to your data, those transfers are made under the transfer mechanisms the provider offers, such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to your enquiry.
09How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become instructions. Kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, then deleted.
- Enquiries that become a matter. Kept for the life of the matter and then for the period UAE record-keeping and anti-money-laundering rules require, which is generally at least five years after the file closes.
- Server access logs. Kept on a short rolling window by our host.
- Data in your own browser. Held on your device until you clear it.
10Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- delete your data where we have no continuing reason to keep it
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing measurement
- withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it
- receive your data in a portable format, or have it transferred where that right applies
Email info@trustconveyancing.ae with the word Privacy in the subject line. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to somebody else.
If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the data protection authority in your own country where the UK or EU GDPR applies to you.
11How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. Submissions travel encrypted to a Google endpoint that is restricted to appending rows to our enquiry sheet, and access to that sheet is limited to the people at Trust Conveyancing who handle enquiries.
No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, tell us immediately so we can investigate.
12Children
This website is aimed at adults dealing with property and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted the form, contact us and we will delete the record.
13Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the website or our providers change. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
